Launch shipping scope

During beta, all listings must be shipped through SaltyShelf. Local pickup is not available yet. International shipping and Alaska/Hawaii shipping are not offered through current listing flows.

Seller responsibility

Sellers are responsible for accurate shipping information, safe packaging, reasonable timing, and clear communication about handling and delivery expectations.

Coral and equipment

Coral sellers should describe relevant handling and shipment considerations. Equipment sellers should disclose condition, testing information, included accessories, and any issue that affects safe use.

Unimplemented services

SaltyShelf does not currently provide shipping-label purchase, checkout, tracking aggregation, insurance, or guaranteed delivery services.
