Current product scope

SaltyShelf does not currently provide an online checkout, seller payouts, automated refunds, escrow, payment protection, or formal dispute-resolution workflow.

Marketplace reports

Users may report a listing or seller behavior that appears to violate marketplace rules. A report is not a guarantee of a refund, transaction outcome, or marketplace intervention.

Future policy requirements

Before payment features launch, the business needs confirmed policies for refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, delivery disputes, coral condition claims, and support escalation.
